Answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts.
Providing general assistance to medical providers Ensuring clinical areas are well maintained and tidy Greeting patients upon arrival Ensuring proper and timely patient flow from office arrival through departure Providing procedural cost quotes to prospective patients Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
