Duties &
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct clients as they arrive at office.
Organize and Distribute mail.
Prepare / Copy / Distribute face sheets (new intakes).
Complete and distribute initial paperwork required with new intakes, format case records for new intakes, and perform data entry activities.
Copy and distribute completed inter-office forms.
Maintain files and coordinate archive process for closed files Manage Petty Cash fund for the office.
Organize and schedule sign-out book for conference rooms, family rooms, agency vehicles.
Monitor equipment and supplies for re-order for the location Maintain Weekly vacancy reports & caseload list for program supervisor Miscellaneous word processing, photo-copying, and faxing for Caseworkers, Supervisors, etc.
Any other related duties as required.
