Senior Security Engineer
Requirements:
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing security compliance.
Monitor endpoints, network and systems for security issues utilizing industry standard software, tools and techniques.
Investigate and report on security breaches and other cyber security incidents.
Ensure that client technology selections and implementations are compliant with security policies.
Performing vulnerability scans, threat and risk analysis, working with third-party organizations as necessary.
Develop, document and maintain scripts, routines, and software to perform vulnerability threat assessments.
Maintain firewall, router rules and access control lists.
Configure and support security systems like IDS/IPS, SIEM, PIM, SWG etc.
Continually updating incident response and disaster recovery plans.
Coordinates, implements and oversees employee security education and training, as well as table-top exercises.
Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, other client employees and vendors using principles of good customer service.
Responds to emergencies and after hours calls.
Performs related duties as required.
