Kitchen Manager / Supervisor Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:

Respond positively to feedback and direction given.
Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Base on position.
Fryer :
Making mixes, frying cake and yeasting donuts.
Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.
) frequently.
Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs.
with another person frequently Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently.
Baker :
Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants.
Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.
) frequently Loafer :
Making mixes of dough and coffee rolls.
Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs.
with another person frequently.
Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.
) frequently.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
