The Assistant Program Director, reporting to the Program Director, serves as the secondary liaison and is responsible for directing all program activities to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of the campus' residents.
By maintaining current knowledge of policies and procedures, the Assistant Director ensures effective and efficient program operations in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
Salary:
$78,000
Responsibilities:
Supervises staff, ensuring program goals and compliance standards are met.
Assists Director in implementing initiatives and monitoring youth activities.
Collaborates on youth orientation and acculturation activities.
Oversees communication, emergency response, and budget monitoring.
Conducts quality assurance and performs managerial duties as required.
Requirements or
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, sociology, or relevant behavioral science.
A Master's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of five years of progressive employment experience with a social services or childcare agency, demonstrating leadership, managerial, and program development skills.
Possession of a valid New York State Driver's License.
