Post Sales Tech Support Manager - Newburgh, NY
A successful LED lighting technical support engineer with 2
years of LED lighting experience, including supporting post sales warranty issues and or technical diagnosis background is desired. Candidate must have experience in time sensitive tech support and high volume support environment. Requirements: : A Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience : Excellent verbal and written communication skills working in cross functional teams : Must be able to work independently within a fast paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. : Solid foundation in LED lighting systems support: Managing the working relationship with customers and internal Sales, engineering teams. Compensation will include attractive and competitive base, and benefits.
