Job Description
The Contracts Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
Is responsible for contract and bid process including receiving, completion, inter-department coordination, data entry, deadline management, updating and troubleshooting.
Carries out the clerical aspects of the contract and bidding documentation function. Works directly with the bidding agencies as a primary contact and works closely with sales to communicate bid quotes. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
Prior Contract Analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
Coding and Data Entry skills preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
