Corporate Recruiter


The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment for assigned markets/divisions. In this role, you will proactively source and recruit quality candidates for available positions throughout the country. Manage communications and relationships with potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Conduct in-depth interviews to help determine the best professionals for employment. Regularly assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our sourcing/recruitment and recommend ways to improve performance.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand business objectives and identify recruiting strategies to address them.
  • Own the strategy to recruit all levels of candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Drive the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers.
  • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities.
  • Develop internship program and opportunities.
  • Ambassador for PRG
  • Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices.


  • 2-4 years of full cycle agency and/or corporate recruiting experience, with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Industry knowledge a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
